Customer can avail of collection reminder text messages. Customers can avail of this service for a small charge.
Customers who download the APP, can receive free collection reminders via push notifications.

A customer can order a smaller/larger general waste bin if their waste requirements change.
If a customer is looking to reduce or increase the size of their bin a customer care agent will request that another bin is delivered, and the current bin removed.
The price difference will depend on the payment plan the customer is currently on.
Panda provides a bin washing service to customers living in the Fingal and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown regions of Dublin. Registered customers will receive a text message once a quarter (a few days in advance of your collection) advising you to leave your bin out after your recycling has been collected. Please note that the bin wash service is not automatic. Our team will only wash and return bins that have been left out for us to do so.

Don’t panic. If your bin is damaged all you need to do is email us on info.wheelie@panda.ie or call our team on 01-829-8992. We’ll repair or replace your bin free of charge within 5–7 working days.
